Geekness Cubed
I have gone back to one of my old ways.* I am once again using a Rubik's Cube.
I first got one of these back in high school. Later on, I got a book with the solution to it. With practice I was able to memorize the book, and was soon solving the cubes of people who had given up hope. But after a while I fell out of practice. (And somewhere along the line, I lost the book.)
However, as stated earlier, one of the shows I watch is Beauty and the Geek. This season, one of the contestants (who just got eliminated) is one of the top speedcubers in the world. And so I felt the pull again.
After some searching, I decided to try this solution, and got out the cube I have with me and scrambled it. I have noticed some differences between this one and the one I used to know; I feel like a quarterback who has to learn a new system. So far I have the first 3 Steps down, and am working on the rest.
* I would have liked to use Prof. Frink's line "I've re-dorkulated", but that would've required me to have un-dorkulated at some point.

See, I had one of those. My hat is off to you -
I tried, though not to the point of getting a book, but I could never solve it.
sioux falls?
I remember being grounded from Rubik's Cube as a kid because I drove everybody in the house crazy with it.
I say that redorkulated line to my husband at least 2 times a week. :)
